Clarence Valley Home Modification & Maintenance Service offers a wide range of services that encourage independence, choice and improved lifestyle. All building and maintenance services are carried out by fully qualified, insured and licenced tradespeople.
HOME MODIFICATIONS
The building services we offer help improve safety and access in and around the home. An Occupational Therapy assessment is required before modifications can begin – the assessment is free of charge for HACC eligible clients.

MINOR MODIFICATIONS
Includes supply and installation of grab rails, handrails, hand held shower hoses, lever handled taps. Access modification including ramps, step wedges easy steps and paths, widened doorways and adjustment to furniture: bed and chair raisers.

MAJOR MODIFICATIONS
Includes supply and installation of access modifications: ramps, stair chairs or lifts, kitchen modifications, bedroom modifications and ceiling hoists. Bathroom modifications: removal of shower hobs to improve access.

- For clients who are aged 65+ (or ATSI 50+) all referrals must be made to www.myagedcare.gov.au or phone 1800 220 422.
